# Get started with Stellar Lending

> Supply collateral and borrow on XOXNO Stellar Lending at xoxno.com/defi/lending with your Stellar wallet.

XOXNO Stellar Lending lets you deposit assets to earn interest and borrow against your collateral. You use [XOXNO lending](https://xoxno.com/defi/lending) with your Stellar wallet. No separate receipt tokens: your position lives in one lending account.

## Before you start

You need a funded Stellar wallet with enough XLM for network fees. Open [XOXNO lending](https://xoxno.com/defi/lending) and connect the wallet you want to use.

## Supply collateral

1. Choose an asset to supply, such as USDC or XLM.
2. Enter an amount and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

Your supplied balance starts earning interest right away. The lending app shows your supply APY and updated balance as interest accrues.

## Borrow against your collateral

1. With collateral supplied, open **Borrow** for the asset you want.
2. Enter an amount within your borrowing limit.
3. Confirm in your wallet.

Borrowed tokens go to your wallet. You pay borrow APY on the outstanding debt. Your health factor updates after each action. Keep it above 1 to avoid liquidation.

## Stay healthy

Watch your health factor on the lending app. If collateral prices fall or debt grows, add more collateral, repay debt, or borrow less. See [health factor](/stellar-lending/health-factor) and [risk parameters](/stellar-lending/risk-parameters) for how limits work.
